The Biggest Determining Factor Of Your Success!

The Biggest Determining Factor Of Your Success!

Do you know what is the biggest determining factor of your success? It is not your brain. There is something called the IQ paradox or the genius paradox where, above a certain IQ, you actually stop being productive, you get less and less productive, because you're just in your head all the time, thinking, questioning, wording and overthinking. So above a certain point, people don't take action. And this is the genius paradox. So it's definitely not brains. And it's not being an extrovert. There are many introverts who are very wildly successful. It's not even being the best at what you do. And of course, there's a lot of people out there who are not so great at what they do. But they still manage to capture people anyway. So what actually determines your success is your resilience, your perseverance, some people refer to it as grit. Determination is a positive motivator, but grit is what will keep you going even when your determination falters. Or even when things fail. You should be able to shake off past failures, or have boundaries with yourself, and other people to have the grit to keep pushing and being successful in creating success, no matter what. You just have to keep pushing, even if you haven't seen success yet. It is just like a plant that grows on the ground. We see it only when it's well developed. But the seed is still growing and growing and growing underground. We see it when it pops up years later. We think nothing's happening, when actually something is happening. But it's all beneath the surface. So if you're not seeing your success yet, or the level of success you want, that is okay because it's going to happen. If you keep doing what you need to do. You can hire mentors or get advised and get coached, take courses. Learn, discover, develop and avoid doing everything on your own if you know you can't get around obstacles.

If you are someone who is someone like myself, who has had a lot of stuff happen to you in life, that actually now comes into your advantage because you had to have prison, but you're still alive, then you did persevere and you did have a grip. You have the determination and resilience to get past whatever the stuff you need to gather the power to get past and to keep going and get past because success or the path of success is often like this. It should be an upward trajectory. So it's this grit you need to have. That is the biggest determinant of success. So keep following your gut and intuition and keep listening to it and persevering. Let nothing stop you until you get to what you want and where you want in your life work. Take the stuff that has happened to you in your life and use that as rocket fuel to empower you. There's the saying - run towards the gunfire in the military. Just like that you have to run towards the fear or towards the discomfort. If you go towards your discomfort, you're willing to feel uncomfortable and persevere through that. And rise from the ups and downs that life throws at us. Keep going where you want to go and you will get there eventually even if you are like a plant growing underground, that you haven't seen a ton of results yet. Most people who are overnight successes are actually 10 year overnight successes. So with your grit and persistence and perseverance, you will get there even if other people are way ahead of you or they have started already or they have more or they are more advanced than you or they have more resources like money, time, energy, etc So, grit it is the number one determinant that can get you back up after you fall off that bike and use it to get back again and again without much loss of enthusiasm since you are going to win the race.
