What can you do to face your fear?
First one is do something every day that scares you, number two is watch someone else do something that you're scared of that way you're like WOW! that's this and no big deal, number three is remember the last time you did something that you feared and you took action, number four take action that fear cannot live, this is actually I’m just doing it and you forget about the fear and the fear is gone you just do it. Next is the mental gremlins, that's not your voice that's just past crap. Final thing and most important one is get a mentor.
